CrewAI

CrewAI is the operating system for enterprise agentic automation, giving organizations a platform to build, orchestrate, and deploy teams of autonomous AI agents at scale. With adoption across 63% of the Fortune 500, CrewAI sits at the center of a generational shift from single model assistants to coordinated teams of intelligent agents working together.

Leading a category requires more than rapid product innovation. It requires a digital experience that reflects the sophistication of the platform itself, one that speaks just as naturally to an executive evaluating an Agent Management Platform as it does to the engineer building a first production crew.

Monogram partnered with CrewAI to design and engineer that next generation digital ecosystem: a marketing platform powered by Contentful, a developer portal built for modern AI integrations, and an automated publishing infrastructure capable of evolving as quickly as the product itself. The result is crewai.com, a platform where every interaction feels intentional, every data flow has a purpose, and every experience is designed for both people and intelligent systems.

Designed in Figma

The CrewAI experience began in Figma as a complete design system rather than a collection of individual pages. Every component was designed as part of a visual language that reflects the confidence and precision expected from an enterprise AI platform.

Monogram created a library of reusable components including hero layouts, platform diagrams, pricing sections, feature grids, statistics modules, tabbed content, media blocks, and technical documentation. Every visual element follows the same design principles, making the experience feel cohesive regardless of where visitors enter the site.

Each component maps directly to structured models inside Contentful. Marketing teams compose pages using reusable content blocks, while developers render every layout through GraphQL with strong type safety that keeps designs consistent across the platform.

A Modular Content Platform

CrewAI had outgrown its previous content management system.

Monogram migrated the platform to Contentful and replaced individual page templates with a flexible content architecture built from reusable sections. Every page is assembled from structured content instead of embedded HTML or custom page layouts.

This approach allows marketing teams to move independently while engineering continues to govern layout integrity, analytics, search optimization, third party integrations, and long term maintainability.

An Automated Publishing Workflow

CrewAI's editorial team writes every article in Ghost because it offers an excellent writing experience. The public website, however, depends on Contentful to manage structured content, metadata, and reusable page components.

Rather than forcing writers to work across multiple systems, Monogram built an automated publishing workflow that converts every published Ghost article into a draft inside Contentful.

The workflow intentionally stops before publication.

Ghost remains the place where writers create content. Contentful becomes the place where marketing reviews, enriches, schedules, and publishes that content. Writers continue using the tools they enjoy while marketing gains complete control over SEO, metadata, page composition, and publishing schedules.

Enterprise Marketing Automation

Lead generation runs through a centralized HubSpot integration built specifically for enterprise sales.

The platform includes:

  • Forms that retrieve their structure directly from the HubSpot Marketing Forms API during page rendering
  • Validation performed with Zod before every submission reaches HubSpot
  • Business email validation that blocks more than forty consumer email providers, including Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook
  • Attribution based on HubSpot cookies, referral information, and page context
  • Flexible confirmation flows that support inline success messages, redirects, and embedded Calendly scheduling

Every webinar registration, newsletter subscription, product inquiry, and demo request passes through the same validation and attribution workflow.

Content Designed for AI Systems

CrewAI's website is more than a marketing destination. It is a structured knowledge source that search engines, AI assistants, developer tools, and autonomous agents can understand and navigate with confidence.

Markdown Content Delivery

The platform supports content negotiation so clients requesting Markdown receive clean structured content instead of rendered HTML.

Blog posts, documentation, webinars, case studies, events, and CMS pages can all be accessed as Markdown through dedicated routes or familiar .md URLs. This makes content significantly easier for AI assistants, developer tools, and automation platforms to consume without relying on HTML parsing.

Discovery Endpoints for AI

Introduces AI systems to CrewAI's public capabilities, documentation, and integration resources.

Machine Context Protocol Integration

The platform includes an implementation of Machine Context Protocol that mirrors CrewAI's public REST APIs through a consistent collection of tools.

AI agents can discover available capabilities, authenticate using OAuth, and retrieve blog posts, webinars, events, case studies, and developer resources through a standard protocol designed specifically for intelligent systems.

When supported by the browser, WebMCP also enables AI interactions directly inside the page, allowing assistants to retrieve information without requiring additional server requests.

Results and Business Impact

CrewAI needed a digital platform capable of serving enterprise buyers, developers, content teams, and AI systems without compromising the experience for any audience.

Monogram delivered:

  • A sophisticated design system with cinematic motion, immersive product storytelling, interactive diagrams, and reusable components built for long term growth.
  • A modular content platform powered by Contentful that allows marketing teams to publish independently while preserving engineering governance.
  • An automated publishing workflow connecting Ghost and Contentful without disrupting editorial processes.
  • A centralized HubSpot integration with dynamic forms, business email validation, attribution tracking, and embedded meeting scheduling.
  • A developer experience built around Machine Context Protocol, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth authentication, Markdown content delivery, and structured discovery endpoints for AI systems.
  • An architecture designed for enterprise workloads with comprehensive testing, strong security practices, and consistent performance.

The platform does not simply explain CrewAI's vision for agentic automation.

It embodies that vision through orchestrated systems, structured content, governed data flows, and experiences that feel just as natural for intelligent systems as they do for the people building the future of AI.
