An engineering studio for production AI

Monogram is an Applied AI Studio in Atlanta. We engineer agentic AI systems that ship into your own cloud accounts, we design the interfaces people use to work with them, and we build the composable stack underneath. Engineers first.

We do three things. We engineer agentic AI systems that survive contact with production. We design the products and interfaces around them. We build and maintain the composable web platforms underneath. Anything outside that, we will tell you who to call.

This page is the map. If you want proof before the map, a nine agent pipeline we built serves 800 to 1,000 daily users in production.

AI work runs in three phases: strategize, engineer, operate. A monthly retainer is available once a system is live, and handing the codebase back to your own team is a fine ending too. The agentic AI page walks through each phase.

What we do

Three practices, one team, in that order of weight.

  1. Agentic AI that runs in your cloud

    Voice agents, multi-agent pipelines, knowledge agents over your own data, internal copilots. Built on AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI and deployed into the account you already run. This is where most of our engineering hours go.

  2. Design for systems people actually use

    Creative direction, UI and UX, user journeys, brand identity, motion. An interface for an autonomous system has one hard job: make it legible what the thing did, what it is about to do, and where a person takes the wheel.

  3. The composable stack underneath

    Frontend, backend, data and APIs, commerce, headless CMS. We have shipped this stack since 2017 for Google, GitHub, IBM, Vercel, and Stanford. An agent is only as good as the systems it reads from and writes to.

Honest

What we do not do.

  1. We are not a full-service marketing agency

    No media buying, no paid search, no PR, no ongoing content production. We are an engineering studio that also designs. If the problem is demand generation rather than a system that needs building, we are the wrong call.

  2. Not every workflow needs an agent

    When a process is deterministic and fully specified, code is cheaper, faster, and easier to audit than a model. Plenty of what gets pitched as an agent is a scheduled script with better marketing, and we would rather say so before you spend the budget.

  3. We do not resell infrastructure

    You hold your own cloud and model provider accounts, and the systems run inside them. We pick the cloud, model, and framework that fit your workload and your data requirements rather than the ones we happen to prefer.
