## A Workflow Built for Velocity

To power Newfront’s continuous development, our flexible retainer connects their team directly with our developers. The process is simple: Newfront adds tasks to a shared issue tracker, and our team immediately addresses them by priority. For every change, we use Vercel to generate a live, interactive preview link. This replaces slow, formal sign-offs with real-time collaboration, allowing stakeholders to see the work in a production-like environment and provide instant feedback. The result is a powerful and rapid iteration loop that gets work approved and shipped faster.

## Strategic Platform Enhancements

To give Newfront’s marketing team more control and opportunity, we strategically upgraded their Contentful setup. We introduced new components while also streamlining their system by removing obsolete types to keep them within their plan limits, preventing a costly platform upgrade. This unlocked the ability to build more engaging and sophisticated page layouts without extra overhead. Separately, we engineered robust API integrations, connecting their website to key marketing and analytics platforms to ensure a reliable, unified flow of data.
