### 01. Associate Creative Director

An Associate Creative Director at Monogram will help drive the creative vision across major projects while working under the Creative Director. Here, you will mentor designers, refine ideas, and grow into stronger creative leadership.

### 02. Sr Design Engineer

A senior design engineer at Monogram is someone that is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. An ideal fit is a designer first, and a HTML and CSS wizard 🧙🏻 at the same time. AI skills are a huge bonus.

### 03. Sales Executive

A Sales Executive at Monogram will be the bridge between new clients and our team. Expected to pursue and nurture opportunities, you will guide prospects through our process, with support from Creative, Engineering, and Service teams — and technical skills are a strong bonus.

### 04. AI Engineer

A Web AI Engineer at Monogram will build fast, reliable AI features for modern web apps through effective prompting and training LLMs. Here, you will collaborate with designers and engineers and receive clear feedback to refine your craft.

### 05. Next.js Engineer

As part our strong, fast moving team, you will be helping convert beautifully designed web applications into reality, including building performant APIs and modern front-ends using Next.js.
